About

We are pleased to announce the loan of * Table [Source: ...] to MAMCO, Geneva for a new solo show by Walead Beshty.

Often seeking transparency in the meaning of objects and their materiality, Beshty uses context, travel, time and place as variable conditions to challenge convention and compress the chronological events that led to the artworks’ visible state.

For this exhibition MAMCO brings together multiple works, alongside a specially installed mirrored floor that cracks and breaks under the weight and movement of those who walk across it. This exhibition will be on display until 8th September 2019, more information can be found on MAMCO’s website.
