Aaron Fowler

Informed by his surroundings, his family and his race, Aaron Fowler creates large-scale assemblage paintings and multimedia sculptures that are infused with personal and local history. Fowler commonly depicts himself or people from his immediate community within his works and sources his disparate mix of materials from the areas close to him, emphasising the locality of his work in both a physical and an emotional sense.
