We headed straight to Kiasma where we were very happy to be visiting Ed Atkins’ new show. We first exhibited his work back in 2012

Ed’s show ‘Live White Slime’ was spectacular, the display was ambitious to say the least. We donated the work ‘Safe Conduct’ to Kiasma which is a grimly comic dance animated to the mechanical mania of Ravel’s Bolero with body parts mechanically passing through airport security

At last we had time to visit the Amos Rex show which was very impressive. 'Generation 2020' presents the works of over 80 artists aged 15–23 which were selected from an open call. This work is ‘Arana’ by Rosalia Silfer

Then a visit to the Design Museum for the show ‘Collectors and Collections’ which features many of our Alvar Aalto pieces

EMMA had a wonderful retrospective by Tacita Dean. Pilvi Kalhama curates the whole show with loans from Dean’s existing body of work

Chief Curator Arja Miller showed us around ‘Visible Storage, an in-depth look at the Tapio Wirkkala Rut Bryk Foundation Collection

Meanwhile back home in London, Tif Zab is with Michael Xu Fu and Sarah Meyohas at Donna Huanca’s opening at Simon Lee Gallery. I am very happy to be heading home for a break!
