Then after a relaxing spell in Ibiza I head back to London. Straight back to Stratford for Legacy List. The Paralympics was a huge success and a new kind of brave hero was brought to the surface, something that this world needs at the moment. This was so morally uplifting and such a contrast to all the disarray happening around the world.

On my way home I dropped into Bermondsey and Daniela Gareh introduced me to the Teacher of Theaster Gates, Mitchell Squire who proudly showed me his work.

In the West End the most fabulous shows. Thomas Houseago’s work ‘Striding Figure II (Ghost)’ was breathtaking, I was totally in awe.
